Why do i have too much intestinal gas?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Gas: Food not agreeing with your body . Start listing down foods that you have eaten and chart down the intensity of flatulence - ;#40;1 is mild and 5 is severe;#41;and start eliminating them from your diet. Or if you must have it, then take some gas meds when you eat those food that upset your stomach. It is all a matter of diet modification and eating healthy. You may want to talk to your doctor about it
