No harm...: Cystocele rarely occurs in your described scenario, but not impossible. If it's, it would be very minimal or marginal. Clinically, it bears no harm to baby during pregnancy, but be aware that more vaginal deliveries may worsen the degree of existing cystocele over time. This is life and that is what we know about it.
