A biopsy: A skin biopsy will evaluate skin atrophy.

Imaging : In addition to the above mentioned tests, cardiovascular imaging including doppler interrogation of the carotids .You may need to nerve conduction and EMG to check for a neuropathy depending on the findings in physical exam.
