Impetigo? if and infant 4 months of age gets hot quickly and is sweating can impetigo come on faster. he was swaddled had a bib on and long sleeves.

Unlikely: Sweating is a natural body function and has no direct effect on whether an infant would acquire such an infection. A baby of this age should not be swaddled to begin with, for sleep or otherwise. Babies can strangle themselves in such a set up.
