Dysfunctional bleed: This is abnormal menstraul bleeding and requires testing, a pelvic exm, transvaginal ultrasound and probably a small endometrail biopsy. Consult your gyn asap.

Problem: You definitely need to be evaluated. Most likely there is a hormonal problem and it could be one of several problems (thyroid, milk hormone, pcos, early menopause, etc) but when the periods are like that it is important to make sure you do not have uterine cancer or pre-cancer.
