Do nothing: In most instances one breast is slightly larger than the other and unless very small with need for enlargement, no treatment is recommended.

One big breast ok: It is definitely normal for one breast to be larger than the other. Fibrocystic changes are a normal variation in breast anatomy. It might make self exam challenging and mammogram readings difficult, but it is not dangerous to your health
