What are the symptoms of fibrocystic breast disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Variable: Fibrocystic symptoms can range from mild breast discomfort and swelling around the time of the menstrual period, to more firm hard breast lumps and cysts that may be very tender or painful. Often the symptoms are worse during the menstrual cycle. Sometimes the breast lumps can be fluid cysts that come and go around the menstrual period too.
