Fat or fibrocystic breast disease?

More info needed.: There are women with dense breasts and palpable cysts...There are also women with fatty breasts and some have both, the fat is very radiolucent, the fibrocyctic tissue less so, so there are palpation and mammographic differences.

Not sure of your ?: I am not sure of what you are asking. Please rephrase your question and ask again. Breasts are composed of fatty tissue as well as denser "breast" tissue. Depending on many things the ratio of fat to denser 'breast" tissue varies from person to person and throughout life.
