How to know if i have fast metabolism or slow metabolism?

No gauge : Metabolism is not usually as simple as a needle on a dial. Are you underweight, overweight, or normal? Do you eat a little or a lot relative to your acquaintances? It's very laborious and complex to measure your metabolism. If there are any issues, at least have your thyroid checked.
