Heart rate: Is this a question or a statement. Are you taking your pulse while you are falling asleep? If so, are you worried there is something wrong with your heart? Anxiety can increase your heart rate. What is your average heart rate while awake at rest? Have someone take your heart rate while you are asleep. I am not sure what to say about the falling asleep heart rate. Talk to you primary about this
