Get it checked out: Get a good neuro exam. Then i suspect you'll be having an MRI study performed to exclude treatable conditions. The trigeminal nerve or one of its branches might be affected on the right side or you might have a white matter demyeling condition of the brain like ms. There are other possibi;ites but less likely in a 37 year old.
