The symptoms of stomach flu (viral gastroenteritis) can include: nausea, vomiting, headache, watery bowel movements (not bloody), abdominal cramps and a low fever.According to the cdc, viral gastroenteritis usually has a duration of one to ten days (depending on the specific virus).
