Eating & drinking: healthy food and drink is great. See doc to make sure all is well medically. Then, reflect on WHAT you are eating. Raw vegetables and fruits, for example, can be harder to digest than cooked food. Par-boiling raw foods may help w/digestion and relieve pain if your doc thinks this is the cause.
