Hard to say: To me it's like saying 'should i shoot myself in the head with a 22 pistol or a 45?' i wouldn't recommend either, but statistically the 22 is less likely to kill you and cause brain damage. Nobody really knows the long-term health impact of e-cigs, because it hasn't been studied. It contains propylene glycol, oils, flavorings and additives, in addition to nicotine, and we don't really know effects.
