Start with safety: It is very important that you be safe. Your environment and your relationships have an important component to your levels of stress. You can seek help. Women's shelter, abuse hotlines, etc are the first place. No one deserves to be abused. Marital therapy may be an option. But first you need to be safe. Talk to someone. Pastor, family doctor, etc...
