No: It is unethical to do drug testing without informing the individual that they are being tested. In some states, it requires a formal consent be signed, others not. However, if you are smoking marijuana, that has impact on your diabetes (especially with the 'munchies') as well as its treatment with meds, and you need to be open and honest with your doctor about it. It is time for some honesty.
