Maybe, maybe not: If it was a single time use, it is unlikely that she would still test positive. However, if she is a regular smoker of marijuana, it builds up in fat stores and is slowly metabolized and excreted in urine, sometimes taking many weeks or even months to be completely eliminated. This is more likely in people with lots of fat, which it doesn't sound like she is.
