No: H1N1 Influenza A is a virus and is not treatable with antibiotics, of which Azithromycin is one. The best way to prevent getting H1N1 is by getting your annual flu shot. If you end up getting the flu, supportive care (fluids, pain control, etc) is the treatment of choice.
