Triggers: Headaches are always triggered by some issue, such as glutamate sensitivity, in migraine, or jaw, dental, or sinus issues causing tension headaches. A pattern may get established by usage of daily tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. Get this evaluated and treated.
