RLS: If you have an urge to move your legs due to "creepy, "crawling, " uneasy discomfort, or aching feeling especially at night that gets better with movement and worse at rest then you may have restless legs syndrome (rls). Rls can be due to many secondary causes or be a syndrome on its own. It is best to seek advice of a sleep medicine specialist who can help make that diagnosis.
