Not everyone would agree on the last group but fertility drops every year after age 40 and 41-42 year olds do better with fertility treatment with own eggs than 43+. See specialist if any obvious issue: irregular periods, abnormal semen analysis, endometriosis, pid/chlamydia, smoker, ovary surgery, 2 miscarriages.
