May be nothing until: For many years, hypertension is unknown as a silent killer..Because it typically does not have easily recognizable symptoms until late..Such as severe headaches, strokes, heart attacks etc..Chronic hypertension is known to cause atherosclerosis, increases risk of heart attacks/strokes etc..Thus recommended to be treated adequately. So, don't wait for symptoms. Consult your doc early. Good luck.
