Rare liver tumor: Hepatoblastoma is a rare malignant liver tumor seen primarily in children. It is the most common liver cancer in children. It is graded based on how much of the liver is involved and by microscopic appearance. Current therapy includes chemotherapy and surgery for most patients. A small number of hepatablastomas may be able to be surgically removed. The majority require both.
