Abdominal pain: Hepatoblastomas can grow to large size before diagnosis. One may feel a RUQ mass or just note abdominal distension. Frequently child has poor appetite and/or weight loss. Occasionally patient may experience jaundice or itchy skin.

Distension: Sometimes children have a distended abdomen. The liver capsule can distend quite a bit before the onset of pain. Other symptoms are loss of appetite, weight loss, constipation.
