A member asked:

Could cracking knuckles really give you arthritis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mostly no: Most reliable sources say no. Cracking of knuckles causes the nitrogen gas in the joints to explode under pressure. It does not cause arthritis as the trauma is minor.
