Need neuro/ENT exam: This set of symptoms are sometimes associated with certain forms of migraines but may also reflect other types of headaches. Inner ear lesions would also need to be excluded. Most of the time, the mechanisms underlying these symptoms are not serious in nature. However, a complete neurological history and examination in this setting is highly recommended.
