See below: If you had a generalized tonic clonic seizure while sleeping, you might feel disoriented and have generalized muscle aches after waking up. You might have bit your tongue or cheek during the event or even wet the bed. If you are concerned, it may be recommended to see a neurologist for detailed evaluation. Hope that helps!
