6 weeks: Factures take 6 weeks to heal unless she is a slow healer. The pain slows her recovery she should be on a program now to prevent contractures and maintain range of motion and improve strength. Give her time and encouragement because this fracture will depress her. She also needs osteoporosis treatment because a pelvic fracture means she has established osteoporosis.
