Mild soap & water: Milia can be distressful for the parents-but not the infant! Do not put any oils or lotions on the face! Just an occasional face wash w/ mild soap & water will help dry the face. Don't overdo it or you will cause more problems by drying the face out too much. Patience will help this condition.
