Weight gain: How much do you weigh? Do you know your body mass index (BMI)? Go line and learn how to get your BMI and see if you are indeed not over- or under-weight. Do you exercise a lot - that would help slow down weight gain? Both overweight and underweight needs attention once you work out where you stand.
