Diet: Constipation with gas problems is almost always dietary related. Our Western diets are too high in meat and grains. You need to consume lots of fibrous fruits and veggies. If you are gassy , you may want to try dairy avoidance or lactose free dairy products and see if that helps. Increase your water intake to 80-100 ounces each and every day. Exercise regularly to keep bowel motility going.
