Constipation and gas: Increase intake of fruits and fibers and drink plenty of water. You may also take dulcolax tablets to help initially and maintain yourself with metamucil , benefibers etc.As for gas, Gaviscon or mylanta , any otc meds should help.

Dietary changes: Constipation and gas are your body's way of telling you it is having difficulty digesting and eliminating the food or drinks that you are ingesting. Drinking enough water, exercise, food with fiber can help these issues as well as researching food that causes gas and changing your diet accordingly, if not successful, then a trip to your doctor or dietician would be the next step.
