Constipation and gas: Well there are lots of things to try for constipation and as long as this is a long term problem you could try: sennekot, miralax, (polyethylene glycol) probiotics, acidophillus, mom, lactulose, prunes, more fruit...If this is a new problem get it checked out.As for gas..Gasx and acidophillus or probiotics might help. Basically your normal bacteria just make more gas.
