Hmmm,...: You may be releasing adrenaline when angry, which is a very potent vasoconstrictor, that can constrict your blood vessels and somehow have a reaction on your nervous system when this occurs, causing your feeling of Numbness. Best way to cure this is start seeing a therapist for anger management and finding ways to stress less and stay happy, not angry, and better control your temper. Best wishes.
