What does it mean if my lazy eye is making my head hurt?

Probably separate: These are two separate issues. Lazy eye refers to the drifting of and eye when its vision is down, usually from childhood. This is an adaptation that does not cause head pain. Headache can come from a variety of causes but that needs evaluation for another cause than lazy eye.
