Get yourself seen to: by your PCP to check you for any circulatory issues or have a dlood checked for Calcium etc. Generally no cause is found, in which case youneed to do gradual stretching exercises of the calf muscles, to see if that would help. We all lose elasticity as we get maturer and also not doing Warms-up exercises is generally to be blamed. Good Luck!
