See your pcp: Difficult to say without examination. I would reccommend seeing your primary care physician for evaluation and treatment. Your symptoms are suggestive of "restless leg syndrome " and there is effective medication available by prescription for this condition. Best of luck!

Leg cramp: some causes of cramp: low potassium, magnesium and calcium, dehydration, kidney and thyroid disease,peripheral vascular dx, muscle injury, over using of muscles, medications incluidng statin , Antidepressant, birth control pill, sitting or sleeping on a hard surface for long time, restless leg syndrome, please talk to your doctor for evaluation ypu can try Tonic water with quinine 8 oz at night.

Common: Leg cramps are a common problem. The cause is unknown, though. Try magnesium supplement, tonic water with quinine, potassium supplements may help. Local heat or topical rub such as bengay/icyhot or voltaren (diclofenac) gel may be of some relief. Avoid exercise before bedtime.

??: I would not have any idea as to why this may happen of course all individuals are different in how they respond to things i would suggest that you refrain from eating oranges esp at night.
