Am going to start right away with this: long tongue, tall and thin, double jointed, flexible, heal poorly. does this sound like ehlers-danlos syndrome?

Maybe! Marfans! Not: Could be that or marfan's or hypermobilty. Genetic testing will be definitive.

Marfan's Syndrome ?: Your description is a little more like marfan's both are genetic syndromes or you could just be tall and unusually limber. Genetic testing would tell you for sure i recommend this as each have their own medical issues that need careful monitoring.
