A different question: If you were pregnant the test would turn positive. Since that is not the case you need to investigate other explanations for whatever symptoms you may be having. There is no symptom or even group of symptoms that are unique to pregnancy, short of feeling the baby moving. Consult your primary doctor and/or gynecologist to investigate this further.
