What is the relationship between dystonia and epilepsy?

Dystonia: On the surface of the issue, no relation. Dystonia is an involuntary movement disorder arising from problems in deep brain nuclei. Epilepsy is an uncontrolled discharge of cortical (surface) neurons, sometimes resulting in abnormal and involuntary movements.
