Sleepiness: Maybe due to many issues. An erratic sleep pattern, sleep apnea or another sleep disorder, as well as underlying medical or psychological conditions can cause what you're experiencing. Try to regularize your sleep pattern by waking up ; falling asleep at the same time every day. Also, please see a sleep medicine specialist to discern the cause of your excessive sleepiness.
