Bad habit: We all have at least one bad habit and it is difficult get rid of it. The fact is that every single bad habit can be broken and replaced by good one (e.g. breathing exercise, muscle stretching). Regardless of the bad habit, always look for a permanent replacement. Cognitive behavior therapy could be a very helpful tool.
