Do you know which is better for lazy eye: patching or glasses?

Depends: Not strabismic eyes (straight) may be able to correct a lazy eye with glasses alone. If that does not work, more aggressive treatment with patching nd glasses is needed. Strabismic lazy eyes need patching, with/without glasses as is appropriate.
