Need more info: Depending on when your last pap was and if you ever have had any abnormal pap smears, you may need one. If they have all been normal (or negative) you only need it every 3-5 years depending on which version your doc sends.

Starting at age 30, you can have a pap and a test for hpv. Hpv is the virus that causes most cervical cancers.
