If needed: Depending on age at which sexual activity began and whether partner was circumcised the potential for having early cervix cancer is strong. Removal of foreskin minimizes growth of HIV and HPV. In Africa the largest instances of mortality under 20 yrs. of age are in females dying of cervix cancer. An initial Pap can rule out early transformation of cervical cells.
