Obesity heart attack: There is no definite age that a person can not have a heart attack at. Autopsies on young soldiers from the vietnam era identified atherosclerotic disease. And our eating habits have gotten worse. Many older teenagers and young adults have measurable elevated cholesterol levels and elevated blood pressure. The importance of diet/exercise can not be over stated to coronary health at any age.

Basically at any age: It's possible for this to create problems in your 20's, particularly if you have a family history of early heart disease. Remember there are other risk factors for heart disease too, like blood pressure issues, cholesterol issues, possible smoking, blood sugar issues(diabetes), etc.
