There isn't any: which is to say there are hundreds, if not thousands, of folk cures and quick fixes, which means that few or none of them actually work. Hydration is important, and basically treating the symptoms - headache, stomach upset, with standard treatments for those. The "cure" is to drink less, avoid dark beverages and mixing different drinks. A recent chinese study recommended warm Sprite: couldnt hurt
