Depends: It depends on why you are taking it. If you are taking it to prevent manic episodes you are at risk for a manic episode (followed by a crash-depression) very risky business. The greates risk of suicide occurs when peole go from mania or hypomania to depression. I'd discuss this with your caregivers before doing it. Make sense?
