Death sooner : Without figuring out the source and location of the heart affected and then appropriately modifying those factors, you would die sooner than you should. The heart pumps blood but also needs oxygen from the blood and if part of it is not getting oxygen, it cannot function. If your heart does not function, you cannot survive.

Heart Attack: You could die, you could suffer lasting damage to the part of your heart where the blood flow was blocked, or you could possibly recover completely. It's not worth the risk. If you suspect you might be having a heart attack, seek emergency medical attention.
