Diverse: Symptoms can be as subtle as feeling malaise or weakness, to as dramatic as crushing chest pain behind your breast bone. Typically there is a sensation of heaviness in the chest which is distinctly uncomfortable. It may radiate to the neck or jaw or even to the inside of the left forearm. Right sided symptoms are also possible. Sometimes pain goes towards the back or shoulder blade.
